Rooms and Prices
When designing our rooms, we placed particular emphasis on health and hygiene. You can now choose between rooms with special carpets or particularly low-allergen laminate floors. The beds have been fitted with Bonell spring core mattresses and Care Plus covers, which are dust mite-proof and therefore particularly hygienic.
Most of the rooms have a balcony with a beautiful south-facing view of the Karawanken mountain range with the well-known Mittagskogel. The rooms without balcony face north and are particularly quiet.

Child discount
In the parents’ room ( 2 full-paying adults):
up to 3 years: free of charge
4 to 11 years: 50% discount
12 to 16 years: 30% discount

Prices for a double room for single use on request.
Check-In & Check-Out
Your room will be available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 10 a.m.
Our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation conditions are based on the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH). These are as follows:
Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner. Outside of the specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible if the following cancellation fees are paid:
– up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price;
– up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
– in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price.
